Mini Blerb
Any day I get more than a few hours of work in I'm pretty stoked these days. I'm not sure if I should call it falling standards, but all I can say is anyone having trouble working on their games after many years of commitment, I can relate. Got about 5 in today and looking to power through more tomorrow and very happy about that. 2 more days to go I think! (Said this 4 months ago...)

I honestly don't even remember what I got done today, fixed some spawn bugs, tweaked a few things, but the hours are just a blur these days. Fixing things i've fixed hundreds of times in the past. It's a very bizzare process making a game, fix, break, fix, break, fix, break. Tiny, tiny gains each day that add up till one day you wake up and u open the project and u think, "Hey, this isn't as dog shit as I remember it"
On my off days I have a similar routine and its really messing with my joints, so i'm trying to exersize a bit more these days. One thing I'm doing that's seeming to have a big effect is if i'm not doing heavy dev, I use the crappy xbox knock off controller I test Seacrit with to navigate the internet and I can save my elbows and fingers the repetitive stress. This is helping me to get to work without feeling as though I'm falling apart through repetitive actions building up over a long period of time.
